Metallica - The Unforgiven - with Lyrics

The Unforgiven is the fourth song on the album Metallica (The Black Album). Lyrics: New blood joins this earth And quickly he's subdued Through constant pained disgrace The young boy learns their rules With time the child draws in This whipping boy done wrong Deprived of all his thoughts The young man struggles on and on he's known A vow unto his own That never from this day His will they'll take away-eay Chorus: What I've felt What I've known Never shined through in what I've shown Never be Never see Won't see what might have been What I've felt What I've known Never shined through in what I've shown Never free Never me So I dub thee UNFORGIVEN They dedicate their lives To RUNNING all of his He tries to please THEM all This bitter man he is Throughout his life the same He's battled constantly This fight he cannot win A tired man they see no longer cares The old man then prepares To die regretfully That old man here is me What I've felt What I've known Never shined through in what I've shown Never be Never see Won't see what might have been What I've felt What I've known Never shined through in what I've shown Never free Never me So I dub thee UNFORGIVEN whoa, whoa Never Free Never Me So I dub thee UNFORGIVEN You labeled me I'll label you So I dub thee UNFORGIVEN Never Free Never Me So I dub thee UNFORGIVEN You labeled me I'll label you So I dub thee UNFORGIVEN Never Free Never Me So I dub thee UNFORGIVEN

Metallica - Nothing Else Matters

SONG FACTS: Singer and rhythm guitarist "James Hetfield" wrote this song while he was on the phone with his girlfriend at this time. Since he held the phone with one hand, he plucked the four open strings of a standard E-minor chord with the other, which eventually made up the first two bars of the song. The lyrics were also dedicated to his girlfriend, which talk about being "so close, no matter how far", indicating the bond they shared even when Hetfield was on tour. Initially, the song was not meant to go on the album, and Hetfield had written it for himself, but only after drummer Lars Ulrich heard it was it considered for the record. This is one of the few Metallica songs where James Hetfield played the guitar solo rather than Kirk Hammett. Hetfield explained this song to Mojo magazine December 2008. Said the Metcallica singer: "It's about being on the road, missing someone at home, but it was written in such a way, it connected with so many people, that it wasn't just about two people, it was about a connection with your higher power, lots of different things." Hetfield added: "I remember going to the Hell's Angels Clubhouse in New York, and they showed me a film that they'd put together of one of the fallen brothers, and they were playing Nothing Else Matters. Wow. This means a lot more than me missing my chick, right? This is brotherhood. The army could use this song. It's pretty powerful." Hetfield told Mojo that after penning this love ballad, he was initially concerned about playing it to the rest of the band. He explained: "At first I didn't even want to play it for the guys. I thought that Metallica could only be the four of us. These are songs about destroying things, head banging, bleeding for the crowd, whatever it is, as long as it wasn't about chicks and fast cars, even though that's what we liked. The song was about a girlfriend at the time. It turned out to be a pretty big song."

Metallica - Master Of Puppets With lyrics

*Disclaimer: I do not own any clips or music. All clips and music belong to their respectfull owners. I do not earn any money with this video. This video is for enjoyment purposes only.

Here is another lyrics video I made with Metallica. I just got the album today (as of 3/17/2007) and I felt like posting my favorite song from it on youtube! This only took me 2 hours to make :-) it was, honestly, a worthy 2 hours of my life.

By the way, I understand the girl/phone joke. I know it was pretty ridiculous, but whatever. I know I wrote 'I'm bored' in the solo, but that didn't mean I got bored of the solo. I was expressing my current thoughts when I wrote that while I was making the video. You know, it's a bit of work :P I know I messed up on some of the lyrics, but it shouldn't matter too much. I can't go back to change those errors now, unless I want to delete the video with a good haul of views. I know that some of you don't like the quotes, and you'd rather have pictures instead. I put pictures at the beginning but I deleted them from my documents afterward so they got deleted. I got lazy right then and didn't want to find them again, so I did something a little different instead. I know that before the second solo, there is a "Fix me!" shout right before then that I forgot to put in. My bad, I didn't know what was being said there. I was looking at the booklet that came with the CD for lyrics, and it didn't show what was said there. If you want to, go ahead and shout out what's being said there, so you can fulfill your satisfaction. :)

Thank you all for the many views, ratings, and comments I have achieved ever since I uploaded this video! In the beginning, I wasn't expecting this at all, but I'm honored to know that this video became so popular.

Metallica - Nothing Else Matters
